Paul Cullington is the managing director of Krusada Teamwear Ltd, a company that has an enviable reputation in the teamwear industry, supplying to sports clubs, private schools and the military. Krusada began in 2008, making and supplying bespoke teamwear to rugby clubs. As the years went on, they began working with other clubs across a variety of sports, such as netball and football, whilst continuing to work with rugby clubs, including Huntingdon Rugby Club. Krusada is spilt into two parts, Nick is the managing director of the teamwear brand and Paul is the managing director for the sports balls side of the business.

Along with kitting up sports teams up and down the country, Krusada have also supplied military regiments, schools and universities with sports kits. 

New (Rugby) Balls, Please 

In 2018, Krusada made the move to begin manufacturing rugby balls and netballs. Paul was lucky enough to begin getting his rugby balls manufactured in a factory in India which is thought to be the best when it comes to rugby balls. 

“The manufacturing plant is in India and India is the Rolls Royce of rugby balls. We were very lucky to get into this factory because the quality is exceptional.”

These high quality rugby balls have not stayed on the shelf (or should we say, in the storage unit) for long as Krusada quickly began supplying their balls to sports clubs across the UK and to a lot of private schools, some of whom are famous for producing international rugby players.
