Ches and Co is a family run business, founded by Francesca Toman in 2022. They have worked a lot on residential projects, bringing people’s style, personality and family into their homes so it reflects them and supports their lifestyle.

The Process Of Working With Ches & Co 

Ches & Co are based in Buckingham and often work within the surrounding area but are very open to working with people nationwide. They work on residential projects, anything from one room to a full house, and would like to move into working with businesses.

For a full design project, the process begins with the initial briefing. Francesca will then move on to creating the concept and design for the space, creating mood boards which allow her to know she has the right look for her clients. These mood boards act as the blueprint for the rest of the project. 

Next, she moves onto the floor plan and elevation which allows to see what their house will look like when the work is done. After this, Francesca begins bringing together samples, fixtures and fittings based upon the moodboard that has been agreed upon by the client. 

Once this is done, Francesca begins engaging with trades. She has a roster of trades who she knows will do a good job and, from this point on, she takes on the role of project manager, as well as designer. 

When the trades are finished, the time has come to add in the new furniture and all the soft furnishings. 

You will be left with a home or workspace that truly reflects your personality and style.
